The Ardenites

The Ardenites is (2004 - ongoing) is about the people of Arden, Delaware. The town was founded in 1900 by pioneering philosophers and artists who created their community on the ideals of William Morris's Arts and Crafts principles, Peter Kropotkin's theories of community and the single-tax concept pioneered by Henry George. George was a 19th century writer and reformer who argued that the price of land should be shared by society rather than being owned privately. The work was shown with an essay by Boff Whalley, The Idler, The Utopia Issue (2012).
